Refund window - 30 days from original order date

Refund amount - Full product purchase price (original shipping costs are non-refundable)

Subscription orders - Guarantee applies to your first subscription shipment only; future shipments can be cancelled any time before processing

Exclusions - Requests submitted after 30 days of order date; orders with evidence of abuse of the guarantee
